You ever get into a season in your life were everything just feels mundane? You wake up, go to work, come home. Rinse and repeat as if your stuck in time or moving at an extremely slow speed. Yet, something rather particular keeps happening? You find yourself coming to the same test day in and day out. You really don’t notice it at first but than it catches your attention. This is the part where you need to observe carefully and take note of all that is happening. Ask God to reveal to you what He is trying to show you. Ask God what He is trying to build in you through this test. I know at times that the trials and tribulations that we go through can be extremely difficult. Instead of focusing on the pain or heartache focus on God and His Word to get you through. He wants us to have joy when we are faced with trials and tribulations because He knows it will draw us closer to Him and build us up in ways that will make our character as solid as His. So the next time you feel like giving up, dont! He is working something good in your chaos and He promise to finish the good work that He starts in you.
“My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.” [James 1:2-4 NKJV]
“Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ”-[Philippians 1:6 NKJV]
